| "La Komitato decidis, ke neniu el la lingvoj submetitaj al ĝia ekzameno povas esti alprenata en sia tuteco kaj sen ŝanĝoj. Ĝi decidis alpreni principe Esperanton, pro ĝia rilateca perfekteco kaj pro la multaj kaj diversaj aplikoj, kiujn ĝi jam okazigis, sub la kondiĉo de kelkaj ŝanĝoj efektivigotaj de la Konstanta Komisio, laŭ la senco difinita en la konkludoj de la raporto de la Sekretarioj de la Komitato kaj de la projekto Ido, provante interkonsenti kun la Esperantista Lingva Komitato." | "The Committee has decided that none of the language submitted to its examination can be adopted in its entirety and without changes. Because M. de Beaufront has agreed, on the other hand, to become a member of the Permanent Commission of the Delegation Committee, and because it may be that some of the members of the chosen subcommittee cannot come to Paris, I propose that you allow me to replace M. de Beaufront and the absent person with other members of the Language Committee, which I shall choose among the following individuals: Bein, Bourlet, Cart, Fruictier, de Lengyel. I also propose that the committee in case of need be able to hear competent individuals from outside the committee, on grammatical or technical matters, for example Messieurs Aymonnier, Bricard, de Saussure, Verax. |
