skribas al Couturat, resendante al li lian reform-projekton (jam antaŭe
komunikitan al Zamenhof).

But the "lovers of reforms" knew very well that no improvement could be
reached by that route, because of the chaotic makeup of the L.C. and its
scattered nature. So all their hopes turned on Couturat and his Delegation.

(already previous communicated to Zamenhof).
